A Portable Induction Loop is available for patients with hearing aids. To use this facility, please ask a member of staff.

If you are unable to use the stairs, please inform the receptionist when checking in for an appointment and they can direct you to the lift which gives access to all rooms on the first floor.

Car parking is available at all sites: Fisherton House, Bishopdown Branch Surgery and Bemerton Heath Branch Surgery. At Fisherton House, disabled parking is available next to Tanday Pharmacy.

All of our sites are Dementia Friendly and have wheelchair access. Our Fisherton House branch also has three disabled toilets and a lift. Guide dogs are welcome.
