Parking
- Car Parking
- Cycle parking
- Disabled parking
Parking restrictions: 1 hour
To ensure there is parking available for our patients and staff, our car parks are monitored 24 hours, 7 days a week by ANPR cameras and have a 1 hour parking limit. We understand there are some circumstances where you may be parked for over an hour eg. due to an over run clinic or a longer appointment.
If you are parked for more than 1 hour, please enter your vehicle registration number on the iPad near the reception desk to avoid a parking fine.
Failure to register your vehicle will result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) being issued by the parking management company. We have limited ability to cancel these once they have been issued so please ensure your vehicle is registered on the iPad.
Accessibility
If you consider that you have a disability which requires particular services, please speak to one of our receptionists.
A Portable Induction Loop is available for patients with hearing aids. To use this facility, please ask a member of staff.
If you are unable to use the stairs, please inform the receptionist when checking in for an appointment and they can direct you to the lift which gives access to all rooms on the first floor.
Car parking is available at all sites: Fisherton House, Bishopdown Branch Surgery and Bemerton Heath Branch Surgery. At Fisherton House, disabled parking is available next to Tanday Pharmacy.
All of our sites are Dementia Friendly and have wheelchair access. Our Fisherton House branch also has three disabled toilets and a lift. Guide dogs are welcome
