Medication Review Process

We are changing how we do medication reviews.

Step 1 - We will invite you for any tests required e.g blood tests.
Step 2 - We send you a short questionnaire.
Step 3 - We check your answers and recent results (blood tests, blood pressure).
Step 4 - If all is fine we re-authorise your medicines and text you. If we need to talk we will arrange a call with one of our Clinical Pharmacists.

This means reviews are quicker and easier for most patients, whilst still keeping your medicines safe.
