Recently changed to this practice and had the most helpful staff on reception (receptionist Karen ) sorting out a missing letter from hospital, ringing me back, fantastic service well done on doing a great job, I know how stressful it can be. Thank you.

My only disappointment is the length of time taken to have a telephone call answered. Yes I am aware the receptionists are obviously very busy but I feel that a solution to this problem is way overdue.

Dr Burns is the best Gp so helpfull and kind the list goes on ..
