All you need is a unique Username and Password.

Please call us on 01722 333034 or email bswicb.smp@nhs.net to find out more about registering. You may need to provide photographic proof of identification such as a Passport or Driving Licence as well as two proofs of address. These need to be dated within the last 3 months, and it can’t be a mobile phone bill. 

Once you have them, simply log-on by clicking on the button below. You will then be asked to change your password to something more memorable.

You can then use our service online, making future repeat prescriptions much easier and more convenient.
