REGISTERING FOR OUR ONLINE PATIENT SERVICES
Patient Services is a new secure system that will directly interact with your clinical medical record. This new system is already active and you can begin using it immediately after registration. With it, you will be able to:
Register at the surgery in person
All you need is a unique Username and Password.
To get these, speak to one of our receptionists in any of our surgeries and they will be happy to provide them for you. You will need to provide the reception staff with photographic proof of identification such as a Passport or Driving Licence as well as two proofs of address. These need to be dated within the last 3 months, and it can’t be a mobile phone bill.
Once you have them, simply log-on via our website or by clicking here. You will be asked to change your password to something more memorable for you.
You can then register and use our service online, making future repeat prescriptions or appointments much easier and more convenient.
Please provide us with an updated email address. This means we are able to reset your online services password if it is forgotten. If we do not have your email, the process can be extremely delayed.
