I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2003, and then later as an Independent Prescriber in 2007, completing my Msc Advanced Clinical Practice 2013.

I have spent the majority of my nursing career working within primary care; Community Nursing, Community Matron/Clinical Leads specialising in Long-Term Conditions and then broadening my clinical scope to include mental health and minor illness/minor injuries in children as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.

I love to run, especially down on the beach or out on the forest trails.
