Coping with stress following a major incident

After recent tragic events in Salisbury, we wanted to highlight the range of support that is available to you in our community. Please remember you are not alone.

The NHS England leaflet below contains information about coping with stress and what signs to look out for, in both adults and children. 

If you are struggling, please contact your GP Surgery or NHS 111. Alternatively, the Samaritans helpline is open 24/7 to listen and support you. You can call them for free on 116 123.
