Please follow the guidelines below when attending an appointment at the practice:

• Do not arrive until 5 minutes before your appointment time. You will not be permitted to enter the surgery until this time
• Do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. We will only allow one person to accompany a patient if they are under 16, or need a carer
• Wear a face covering to your appointment (we do have these available at the door if required) and keep this on at all times when in the building
• Respect social distancing when queuing to enter and stand on the floor stickers provided

These guidelines are in place to keep you safe and we would like to thank all our patients for their cooperation.
