We are aware that some patients may be having issues accessing their SystmOnline accounts. Please note this has only affected a small number of patients.

If you are experiencing any issues with logging on, please contact us on 01722 333034. It may be required for you to re-register with the service, please pop into any of our sites to do this.

If you usually use online services to order your repeat prescriptions and are experiencing problems, please email us with the details on wccg.smp@nhs.net.
