New Telephone System - Wednesday 22nd June

We have been listening to patient feedback and working hard behind the scenes on how to improve patient experience getting in contact with the practice.

We are very pleased to share that we are upgrading our telephone system which will let you know where you are in the queue and include an auto attendant. This is a huge investment by the GP Partners and we would really appreciate your feedback once the new telephone system is launched.

The switch will take place on Wednesday - there will be 15-30 minutes of downtime between 10am-2pm. During any downtime, if you have an urgent issue you can email us at wccg.smp@nhs.net. We will not accept medical requests via email after the phone lines are switched back on.

Our telephone number will remain the same: 01722 333034. We will post updates on Wednesday to keep you informed.
