Due to ongoing issues with askmyGP and concerns regarding the reliability of the service, we have decided to stop using it, effective immediately (Tuesday 28th July).

Patient safety is our priority and although it was beneficial to many of our patients, the constant intermittent service and downtime means that we no longer feel this is an effective or safe system to use.

We apologise to all our wonderful patients who have embraced askmyGP and we are very grateful for your patience over the past few weeks.

We will now be reverting back to our telephone service for all enquiries to the practice. Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am-6:30pm: 01722 333034. Please wait through the hold message to speak to one of our Receptionists.
