If you’re eligible for the flu vaccine, don’t put it off, get it now. 

We have had a small delivery of 18-64 flu vaccination and have just sent a text message to all 18-64 year olds eligible for the vaccine inviting them to book in. We are working hard to book in patients who have been waiting the longest. 

If you are aged 18-64 and fall into an "at risk" category, please email wccg.smp@nhs.net with your name, date of birth and any unavailable dates or times. We have clinics available Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th December. 

If you are aged 65 and over, please email wccg.smp@nhs.net with your name, date of birth and any unavailable dates or times.

If you do not want a flu vaccination, please contact us so we can update records.

If you do not have access to the internet, please call the surgery after 2pm. 

We will be recalling all patients aged 50-64 (who would not usually receive the vaccination) as part of the extended flu vaccination programme from Monday 14th December. We want to ensure our "at risk" patients have priority and all patients in this category are booked in first.
