COVID-19 Vaccinations

We are currently holding our COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics at Salisbury Cathedral, working within our Primary Care Network (Sarum South) alongside Three Chequers Medical Practice, Harcourt Medical Centre, Downton Surgery and Whiteparish Surgery.

Second Vaccinations

We are now starting to recall patients for their second vaccinations. Please note it is extremely important that you attend this appointment in order to complete your coronavirus vaccination course and to ensure maximum immunity.

We will not be able to offer alternative appointment days or times, due to the narrow timeframe in which we have to administer your second dose, as well as vaccine supply.

Only in the following circumstances will it be possible for you to rebook your appointment:

  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 4 weeks
  •  You currently have COVID-19 symptoms
  • You are currently in hospital
  •  You have become housebound since the first vaccination

Please do not contact us to book in your second vaccination - we will contact you with an appointment when this is due. If you have any queries, please contact wccg.sarumcathedral@nhs.net.

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

Your General Practice is unable to offer you a certificate of COVID-19 vaccination, a vaccination passport or a letter to prove you have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

These proof of vaccination documents have not yet been developed and as such cannot be provided by your GP. As soon as we have further information we will share it with you.

We highly recommend you to sign up to the NHS app, where you can see your full vaccination history. This is available to download for free from the App Store or Google Play (or via the browser on your computer): www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/nhs-app/about-the-nhs-app

Alternatively, you can register for SystmOnline which means you can log on via our website and see your vaccination history as well as order prescriptions online. If you are not already registered for online services, please send an email to wccg.smp@nhs.net.
