COVID-19 Vaccinations

We are currently holding our COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics at Leaden Hall (previously at Salisbury Cathedral), working within our Primary Care Network (Sarum South) alongside Three Chequers Medical Practice, Harcourt Medical Centre, Downton Surgery and Whiteparish Surgery.

Second Vaccinations

We are now starting to recall patients for their second vaccinations. Please note it is extremely important that you attend this appointment in order to complete your coronavirus vaccination course and to ensure maximum immunity.

We will not be able to offer alternative appointment days or times, due to the narrow timeframe in which we have to administer your second dose, as well as vaccine supply.

Only in the following circumstances will it be possible for you to rebook your appointment:

  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 4 weeks
  •  You currently have COVID-19 symptoms
  • You are currently in hospital
  •  You have become housebound since the first vaccination

Please do not contact us to book in your second vaccination - we will contact you with an appointment when this is due. If you have any queries, please contact

Accessing your COVID-19 vaccination status

The Government has announced that proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will be shown via the NHS app. They recommend you register with the app before booking international travel.

You can access your vaccination status free of charge via the app from Monday 17 May, through mobile devices such as your smartphone or tablet. It is available to download on IOS or Android.

If you do not have access to a smartphone and know that the country you are travelling to requires COVID-19 vaccination status, you can call the NHS helpline on 119 (from 17 May) and ask for a letter to be posted to you.

Please do not contact your GP surgery as GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.
